HFM BOCES Adirondack Academy (Alternative High School) is accepting applications for a full-time, 10-month Teacher Aide position. ADK is specifically designed to help students who have encountered obstacles in the regular school setting. ADK’s alternative education emphasizes small class sizes and close relationships with teachers, staff and administrators in order to build a sense of community.

Teacher Aides work directly with students to assist them with access to an educational program. There may be additional opportunity for summer work, but it is not required. This is an immediate opening. As a result, review and consideration of candidates will commence immediately and continue until which time the position is filled.

Teacher Aide - Special Education (multiple vacancies)HFM2023-TA-SPED 10

HFM BOCES Special Education is accepting applications for full-time, 10-month Teacher Aide positions. Teacher Aides work directly with students to assist them with access to an educational program. There may be additional opportunity for summer work for the Extended School Year Program, but it is not required. Positions are available immediately.
