HFM BOCES is seeking a collaborative, forward-thinking leader to serve as the Executive Director of Learning Services. This senior role guides regional instructional support, data services, instructional technology, and educator pipeline initiatives—all aligned to HFM’s mission and Regional Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional instructional and data services, including literacy, numeracy, inclusive practices, and implementation of the Portrait of a Graduate.
- Serve as Data Privacy Officer, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant data governance.
- Provide leadership in instructional technology, digital learning, and the responsible use of AI.
- Oversee teacher and leader pipeline initiatives, partnering with districts and higher education institutions.
- Manage the College Credit Access CoSer to expand dual credit and early college opportunities.
- Oversee the School Library System to promote literacy, information fluency, and digital citizenship.
- Supervise Learning Services teams and build strong regional collaboration aligned with HFM’s identity as Partner • Advocate • Leader.

TEACH Clearance
Per Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, to be employed in a position designated by a school district or BOCES as involving direct contact with students, a clearance for employment from the State Education Department is required.
