HFM BOCES is accepting applications for a full-time Senior Account Clerk in the Career and Technical Education Program.  This is an anticipated position and will be located at Meco Elementary in Gloversville, NY. 

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES (Illustrative but not exhaustive):

  • Process purchase orders, verify invoices, and ensure compliance with district and BOCES purchasing policies
  • Prepare and manage billing for participating school districts and program-related fees
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures; assist administration with financial tracking and reporting
  • Perform daily office management functions, including scheduling, correspondence, recordkeeping, and data entry
  • Serve as the primary front-office contact, providing face-to-face assistance to students, parents, and visitors
  • Address and troubleshoot concerns related to student enrollment, scheduling, transportation, and program logistics
  • Coordinate communication between the CTE program, component school districts, and families
  • Maintain student and program records in accordance with FERPA and district policies
  • Assist with state reporting, including data collection for CTE and Perkins requirements
  • Support onboarding and registration processes for students enrolled in CTE Pathways
  • Utilize financial and student management software systems to maintain accurate records
  • Perform related duties as assigned
